Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Empower children with emotional, behavioral and/or cognitive challenges through therapeutic horsemanship to improve social/emotional interaction and build a deeper sense of self awareness. While riding and learning to care for program horses, we instill confidence, responsibility, and self-worth. We create a positive and impactful setting that enriches each rider’s life.
Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation): Public Service
Our organization conducts Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) in accordance with the EQUUS Foundation Guidelines on Qualifications of Organizations Conducting Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT).
Our organization provides community outreach and/or public education programs involving horses.Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of equines involved in our programs.
