Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
The Friends of the Manchester Mounted Patrol (FMMP) was established in 1998 when the City of Manchester was no longer able to support the care of the Manchester Mounted Patrol horses. The mission of the Friends of the Manchester Mounted Patrol (FMMP) is to raise funds for the care of the police horses, including necessary supplies, feed and equipment. FMMP has custody of the horses and is responsible for their care.

Our organization does not provide community outreach and/or public education programs involving horses.
