Help Us Make Sure Horses Have the Loudest ROAR!
The R.O.A.R. donations will be used to rescue, retrain & re-home unwanted and abandoned horses as therapy horses. The number of unwanted horses has reached an epidemic level in the United States.

Tragically, many are slaughtered. Instead, they can be rescued and many can be retrained and re-homed in equine therapy programs.

Therapy programs using horses benefit the minds, bodies and spirits of people with special needs in ways that no other therapy can.

Copy and pass this link, https://equusfoundation.org/ROAR, to all your horse-loving friends and family! Give between September 1 and October 31 so horses have the loudest ROAR!

ROAR with the EQUUS Foundation from September 1 through October 31!

From September 1 through October 31, your donations will be matched dollar for dollar up to $120,000 from the proceeds of Animal Planet licensed products.

You Can Make A Difference!
Just $10 will buy a day’s worth of hay to feed two to three horses and $25 will provide an equine therapy session for one student or hoof care for one horse. $1,000 is all that is needed to rescue, retrain and re-home ONE horse.

Your donations will save the lives of unwanted horses, rehabilitate neglected and abused horses, and place trained horses in therapy programs that need their support.

Over 1,000 organizations now use horses to provide physical, cognitive & emotional therapy to over 40,000 people with special needs, including those with Autism and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). There is an estimated 1.5 million Americans living with Autism and one in four veterans come home with PTSD. With more trained horses, many more people can benefit from this extraordinary therapy.
